Ron and Brittney are at the hospital waiting to get the results from Sherrie's MRI. We should know in the next two hours. We are all anxious to hear and hopeful for some good news on her Thalamus. Though we know the results could be bad, based on what we've experienced so far, we are going forward looking for a miracle that there is still a lot active tissue.

We've started sending in voice clips for the kids to play of all us telling Grandma to come home. Donovan's says, "Grandma Sherrie, We miss you! We want to play. Come home soon!" Mine is more like, "Sheeerrriee!!! Get back here!!!" We are hoping for that wake up.

Zach and Tyler are planning on coming back to Libertyville tonight. His high school graduation is next Friday.

I will be quick to update when we get the results. In the meantime, here are some pictures of Sherrie from a  trip she took to Branson, MO three weeks ago. She had wanted to take a trip with her Mom and sister for so long and she was THRILLED to be going on this one.

    Thanks for all of the updates. I find myself on my computer continually checking to see if there is any news. We have such a great love and respect for Sherrie! She is such an amazing women who has touched the lives of our family. She is our little glimpse of Heaven on Earth.

    After meeting Sherrie for the first time I realized she was someone I looked up to and aspired to be more like. She has the amazing Christ-like quality that makes anyone in her presence feel special. I love her hugs and the genuine interest she shares with whoever she is around. I love to hear the stories of her adventures with Barbara. I can't wait to see the picture of Sherrie on the horse at Chuck E Cheese (or as Barbara calls it "trick or treat"!)

    Sherrie, we can't wait to have you back in Chicago soon. We miss you. You are in our every thought and prayer.

    Zach, Brayden loves you and remembers you and your mom in his prayers.

    Go Sher-Bear go! Throughout your whole life, you never 'cease to amaze'! And...that continues even now as you fight for life with your Ron, kids and grandchildren.

    Thank you Labrums for sharing this blog with all of us. It can't be easy. Yet, not surprising to know you want to keep us all appraised of Sherrie's continued healing progress. You are all so loved. It is extremely comforting to hear your words, feel your faith and to witness miracles together. Continued prayers and blessings to every one of you!
